Luxury Villas. Exceptional Returns.

We had a great stay here, and would recommend it to anyone looking to book a place for a group. Lots of common and private spaces, a great pool area and a beautiful view. Had everything we needed for a weekend. Daniel was always responsive.

The photos look great, but the reality was very disappointing. The house is not suitable for a family trip. There was a strong unpleasant odor inside, stains on the sofa, and even uncleaned garbage left in the rooms. Maybe it works for parties, but I would not recommend it for family stays, especially for those with children who need higher hygiene standards. Don’t be misled by the pictures.

The property is spacious and overall a very nice place. However, we had several issues with the amenities since check in, and also found quite a few worms in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, Jason was very responsive to our concerns although not everything could be addressed immediately. One thing worth mentioning, all bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs in the basement. If you have elderly in the group who’s not fond of climbing stairs, you might need to think twice.

Great spot for large groups! So many rooms and bathrooms. For the outdoorsy people, perfect being surrounded by nature and being close to suspension bridges and trails, etc. If you are wanting to go back and forth between downtown and here, traffic can take a while as lions gate bridge can get really congested but it’s not too far in terms of distance! Great spot and will look out for it again if I have 10+ people

Great view and very central location. The apartment was very clean except for the sheets and pillows in one bedroom. The assigned parking spot is for compact vehicles. Our minivan technically fit but could not get out of the cars except for the driver door thanks for the column. Every night we left thinking our car was going to be keyed because the car next to us was gong to have to climb in through their passenger side…

We had a great stay here! The host’s communication and coordination were excellent—everything was smooth from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to just about everything we had planned during our trip. It does get a bit warm in the summer months, but that was a small trade-off for such a convenient and comfortable spot. Overall, a wonderful experience and would happily stay again.

Place was in a great location, close to transit. Place was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Would definitely book here again.

The location is truly unparalleled. Super close to Gastown, you have a Costco nearby, pharmacy stores, public transportation, bikes. I booked for the price and that it had a ☺️ gym. Also, the kitchen is super complete for cooking. Keep in mind, if you are a light sleeper, a light train passes by and makes noise. I didn't hear it, but someone else in my family did.
