Refund Policy

We want your booking experience to be smooth, transparent, and fair.
  • Full Refund Within 48 Hours: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation 7–30 Days Before Check-In: Cancel 7–30 days before your scheduled check-in to receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days: Unfortunately, no refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
  • Changes to Booking: Requests to change dates or accommodations are allowed if made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Acknowledgment: By booking, you accept these terms. We recommend considering travel insurance for added protection.
