Refund Policy

Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or any other platform are governed by the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking. The terms below apply only to reservations made directly with Luvilla.

We want your booking experience to be smooth, transparent, and fair.
  • Full Refund Within 48 Hours: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation 7–30 Days Before Check-In: Cancel 7–30 days before your scheduled check-in to receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days: Unfortunately, no refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
  • Changes to Booking: For platform bookings, changes follow the platform's rules. Requests to change dates or accommodations are allowed if made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Acknowledgment: By booking, you accept these terms. We recommend considering travel insurance for added protection.
